I have contact with clients using WhatsApp.  The website links to a Patreon site to process my courses offered.  I process “personal data” and/or “special category personal data” (as defined in UK data protection legislation) as part of the contracted services and/or for administration.    Information is kept while it remains relevant to the reason for collection and/or if there is a statutory retention period.  All feasible security measures are in place, whether the data are processed electronically or on paper.  

Whilst confidentiality of client data is of vital importance to me, data may be shared with third parties as part of the contracted services, for administrative purposes and/or if I am required by law to do so. I cannot accept any liability for any processing conducted by any third party outside my remit.

As required by law, a cookie audit has been conducted on the website.  Cookies are internet files utilised by websites.  The website utilises these files for analytical purposes to help us monitor and improve the site by collating visit statistics.  You are at liberty to control these cookies through your browser settings.
